Data collected were analyzed using mean. Findings for the study reveals that human resources management strategies influence quality education. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the state government through the post primary school board should ensure that only applicants with educational degrees should be employed to teach in the state public secondary schools. Also, teachers should avail themselves with short certificate courses as a mean of developing themselves on the teaching profession. Finally, the government should pay keen attention to the welfare of teachers.
