The announcements below are sample templates that can be posted on the journal's homepage. They can be customized and used for the launch and ongoing operation of the journal.

Announcement 1: Call for papers — inaugural issue

Academic Science Press is pleased to announce the launch of International Journal of Digital Engineering, Architecture and Technical Sciences (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX), an international open-access journal publishing original peer-reviewed research in digital engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and technical sciences. We warmly invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to submit manuscripts for our inaugural issue.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. There are no submission deadlines. Manuscripts submitted before [date] will be considered for the inaugural issue.

Announcement 2: Call for editors and peer reviewers

International Journal of Digital Engineering, Architecture and Technical Sciences is actively expanding its editorial board and reviewer pool. We welcome applications from scholars holding a doctoral degree in digital engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and technical sciences with a proven track record of peer-reviewed publications.

Responsibilities of editorial board members include: reviewing assigned manuscripts within agreed timelines, suggesting potential reviewers, promoting the journal within their professional networks, and providing strategic input. Service is voluntary, and appointments are for three-year renewable terms.

Announcement 3: Special issue opportunity

International Journal of Digital Engineering, Architecture and Technical Sciences periodically publishes special issues on timely, cutting-edge topics. Researchers and research groups interested in guest-editing a special issue are invited to submit a proposal including: (a) title and scope of the special issue; (b) rationale and significance; (c) list of proposed topics; (d) brief biography of the proposed guest editor(s); (e) indicative timeline.
