Optimizing healthcare delivery requires a holistic approach to patient experience, workforce efficiency, operational capacity, and wait times. This study suggests a holistic framework on the basis of sentiment analytics, patient journey mapping, workforce management, predictive analytics, and real-time operational monitoring that can assist patient-centered healthcare improvement. This framework links qualitative patient feedback with quantitative measures such as registration time, triage processes, appointment scheduling, staffing, patient flow, service use, and more. The integration can help healthcare organizations detect workflow bottlenecks, uncover patient dissatisfaction points, predict patient needs, optimize resource utilization, and prioritize interventions. These include components of team-based care, patient engagement, key performance indicators, continuous improvement, and data-driven governance, which are integrated to drive sustainable performance improvement in a variety of healthcare environments. The framework also highlights the importance of interoperability, data quality, privacy, security, and transparent governance, as their lack of interoperability, biased datasets, lack of skills among the workforce, and inconsistent evaluation standards can reduce the reliability of analyses and generalisability. Their effectiveness is dependent on proper validation, standardized metrics, representative datasets, and contextual assessment, however. The framework offers a framework to tie patient experiences to operational realities and to turn the analytical results into actionable improvements. Combining technological capabilities with organizational processes, workforce planning, and ongoing evaluation allows healthcare systems to strive for shorter wait times, more efficient use of resources, better patient engagement, and more responsive, efficient, and patient-centered care
